Guy Oseary was only 17 years old when he started working as an independent A&R representative in 1989. He soon became one of the earliest employees of Madonna’s Maverick music record label in the year 1992. At the age of 19, he joined Maverick Record Label as an A&R executive, and then swiftly rose through the ranks to chairman, developing a long list of talented artists that included Summercamp, Michelle Branch, Paul Oakenfold, The Wreckers, Deftones, Alanis Morissette, and The Prodigy.
