American billionaire businessman and philanthropist, Edward Roski, Jr., is the owner, Chairman, and President of the largest private holder of the industrial estate in America, Board of Majestic Realty Co. Founded in 1948 by his father, the company has since obtained over 80 million square feet of development in a branched-out real estate holding.
